Effective April 1, 2010, Daller Greenberg & Dietrich, LLP will be merging with Ward Norris Heller & Reidy LLP, a litigation firm based in Rochester, New York. The combined firm, to be known as Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy LLP, will have more than 40 professionals available to serve clients throughout New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. This merger is the culmination of a long and highly successful series of collaborations we have enjoyed with the Ward Norris lawyers. The firm's Pennsylvania office will be relocating this Spring to new quarters at 19th and Market Streets in Center City Philadelphia.
Our Experience
In 1994, three partners left a prominent Philadelphia firm to start a new firm - one with the courtroom experience and litigation resources of a large firm, but with the efficiency and personal attention of a smaller practice. Our clients responded. Since our founding, Daller Greenberg & Dietrich, LLP has grown to include eight talented lawyers working from offices in three states. Our lawyers have over 100 years of litigation experience and have tried hundreds of cases to verdict. In addition to graduating from some of the nation's premier law schools and serving as judicial clerks, several of our lawyers worked in industry before entering the practice of law. Our experience, in and out of the courtroom, is the foundation on which our practice is built.
Our Practice
Our practice is limited to litigation. With offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, we appear in courthouses throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. We handle class actions, business disputes, employment claims, product and premises liability claims, insurance controversies and real estate disputes. We try cases that make the evening news and cases that make new law. In every case, large or small, we begin by listening to our clients and understanding their needs. With that understanding, we develop litigation plans that are cost effective, hard-hitting, and designed to assist our clients achieve their present and future goals.
