In 1994, three partners left a prominent Philadelphia firm to start a new firm - one that combined the courtroom experience and litigation resources of a large firm, with the efficiency and personal attention of a smaller practice. Since our founding, Daller Greenberg & Dietrich LLP has grown to include eight talented lawyers working from offices in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, Marlton, New Jersey and Wilmington, Delaware.
Trial Lawyers
Our attorneys have graduated from some of the nation's top-tier law schools and several served as judicial clerks. Some have technical degrees and worked in industry before beginning their legal careers. Our lawyers are soccer moms, boxing fans, outdoorsmen and ballet enthusiasts. Most importantly, we are trial lawyers. Our lawyers have over 100 years of litigation experience and have tried hundreds of cases in courtrooms throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Our substantive expertise has also been recognized. Retired partner Mort Daller serves as the editor-in-chief of the Product Liability Desk Reference, Tort Law Desk Reference and Business Torts: A Fifty-State Guide. Several lawyers within the firm author state-specific chapters for each book.
